Our success stories
My journey at Vilnius Coding School began with the position of training coordinator. From the very first day, I was fascinated by the culture, values, and people working here. My desire to communicate, help, and grow with others was soon noticed and appreciated – after a little over half a year, I became a customer experience and quality specialist. This was an important step that inspired me. Every day, I strive to ensure that our students’ learning experience is not only high-quality, but also memorable – inspiring them to change their lives and believe in themselves. I thank Vilnius Coding School for giving me the opportunity to contribute to people’s stories that start with a small step but lead to big changes.
Eglė – Customer Experience and Quality Specialist
It all started with StartupCV.lt – a small project that became much more than just a beginning for me. From the first days, I felt that the VCS environment was different: here ideas are not only listened to, they are invited to grow. I naturally transitioned into the role of community leader – warm, lively and very human. Working with people, their searches, questions, changes – all this inspired me. Later, I took on the direction of the Career Center – broader perspectives opened up here: strategy, partnerships, new solutions. And when I wanted even more space for creativity, I took on Tech fairs – one of the strongest career events in Lithuania. A lot has happened over the year, but the most important thing is that people here believe in you before you even have time to doubt yourself.
Akvilė – Head of Career and Bedruomenė Activities
My story in this company began with the position of marketing coordinator. At that time I was changing careers: after school I studied fashion design, then I worked in this field, and finally I decided to study marketing. I even studied in several different places, I did an internship, then I got a job offer from Vilnius Coding School.
A year later, my manager, Julija, offered me the position of marketing project team leader, and that's how I started to assemble my team.
Currently, I am the head of business development, I work with a team that consists of people from marketing, business development, and programming.
I am glad to work for a company that notices people, their strengths and helps them develop!
