Preparing for courses
Our training is designed for beginners, but we ask that you have a strong foundation in computer literacy and be comfortable using a computer and the programs it contains.
Please take and pass the test when a candidate applies to study in advanced programs.
The easiest training direction depends on your existing knowledge and interests. If you have no experience in the IT field, you can start with testing – this field does not require programming knowledge and provides a good understanding of IT processes.
Also a popular direction for beginners is Front-end programmingbecause it allows you to see the results of your work (e.g., a created website) quite quickly and has a lot of visual content.
If you like analytics and numbers, you might consider Data analyst – it does not require deep programming knowledge, but provides strong data processing skills using SQL and Python programming languages.
The best direction depends on your interests, so if you have more questions, we will be happy to help you find the most suitable option!
If you decide to join a specific course, we will share a pre-course that will introduce you to the necessary information and software that will be needed during the course. You only need to provide a personal computer, and if you only have a work computer, you need to ensure that administrator restrictions do not affect the installation of the necessary programs.
No, a high level of English knowledge is not necessary, but basic knowledge will be very useful when studying and later working in the IT field.
Course progress
At the end of the training, you will be required to complete a practical project, which will be graded by the lecturer. Upon receiving a positive assessment, we will issue an official certificate of completion.
The training is conducted in Lithuanian.
We cannot offer training in English or Russian.
Training takes place remotely via the Zoom platform according to the planned learning schedule.
Yes, lectures are recorded. You will be able to access the lecture recording the next business day on the training platform.

We should be informed in advance of any planned vacations so that we can work together to find a solution for missed lectures. In the case of illness, we should be informed immediately upon experiencing symptoms.
Certificates/diplomas
Yes, after the training we issue an official certificate of completion of the training, approved by the Education and Science Register. In order to receive the certificate, you will need to complete practical work at the end of the training.

Employment
A career change depends on your motivation, your learning efforts, and your cooperation with our Career Center. If you actively pursue your goals and master the course material well, you can find your first job in the IT field within 4-6 months.
Is it too late for me to retrain? At what age do workers have a better chance of finding employment?
A successful career change depends on the ability to learn, adapt to changes, and take the time to learn new things. Previous work experience and existing skills can be valuable in a new field. The most important thing is motivation and determination to pursue a career in the IT sector.
During the course, you will gain a strong foundation of technical knowledge, but it is important to demonstrate your motivation and desire to continue learning and your desire to establish yourself in the IT sector. If you continue to deepen your knowledge and strengthen your skills after the training, this will be a great advantage for you when looking for a job.
The IT sector is rapidly changing, so constant application of practical skills and keeping up with innovations are essential.
We provide all the tools you need to make your job search effective. During individual consultations, we will help you create a professional CV, organize your LinkedIn profile, and create a personal job search strategy.
We will teach you how to write a cover letter, communicate with employers, and successfully prepare for job interviews. We recommend advanced students to companies looking for entry-level IT specialists.
You can find employment indicators on the Employment Service scoreboard. A successful career start depends on the efforts you put into your studies, active job search, and cooperation with the Career Center.
In addition to technical skills, soft skills are also important - the ability to communicate, adapt and solve problems. Motivated students who do well in the courses can find a job within 4-6 months.
