K2 College is a part of Vilnius Coding School – the first programming school in Lithuania and is continuously expanding into an international community with branches in Latvia, Ireland, and the Czech Republic and 12,000 alumni in different countries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team K2 College project team by developing product growth and strategy.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end acquisition and growth product roadmap, identifying new training programs and partnership opportunities with both B2B and B2G partners.
  • Conduct customer research across EU markets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy new K2 College initiatives.
  • Work with the in-house marketing team to plan communications for different markets using data-driven segmentation and targeting.
  • Drive user and partner acquisition across multiple markets – including learners, financial/informational partners, and government institutions.
  • Plan and manage project performance and budgeting, including ROI and key success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, tech, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and clear execution.
  • Stay ahead of trends in education and tech by identifying emerging technologies and opportunities that can drive K2 College’s growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in international product or project management, ideally with B2C or platform-based products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and how they influence customer acquisition and retention.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and adaptable to a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and deliver data-informed solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about building meaningful, high-impact products that improve lives.
  • Skilled in aligning business goals with customer needs and translating them into action.
