Job Description:

Are you a creative genius with a knack for visual storytelling? Do you thrive in a dynamic, startup environment where no two days are the same? Vilnius Coding School is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our projects to life. From digital campaigns and social media graphics to educational materials and event branding, you’ll play a crucial role in making our vision come alive. You will also collaborate with our branches in Latvia, Ireland, and the Czech Republic, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to create engaging graphics and videos for digital and print media.
  • Design visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to enhance our brand and communication.
  • Assist in the creation of UI/UX designs for our website and digital products.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
  • Work closely with our branches in Latvia, Ireland, and the Czech Republic to support their local marketing efforts and ensure brand alignment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Canva.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in Lithuanian and English languages.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
  • Note: Portfolio must be included along with your application.
